Traditional Herbal Formula Oyaksungi-San Inhibits Adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 Adipocytes

<div>Effects of OYSGS extract on lipid metabolism-related gene and protein expression levels in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Preadipocytes were differentiated into adipose cells by adding differentiation medium for 6 days. Various concentrations of OYSGS were added during this. After differentiation, we analyzed (a) mRNA and (b) protein expression levels in adipose cells.</div>
