Action of amlodipine and fendiline in the mitochondrial membrane potential. Alterations in mitochondrial membrane potential were evaluated in L. (L.) infantum promastigotes after treatment with amlodipine and fendiline (20 μM), using the fluorescent probe MitoTracker Red.
