Effect of RJ on ERK1/2, Akt, p-GSK3β, and β-catenin expressions in DPC and HaCaT cells. (a) Time-dependent effects of p-ERK1/2, p-Akt, p-GSK3β, and β-catenin expressions were determined in cells treated with RJ (50 μg/mL) for the indicated times. (b) Dose-dependent effects of p-ERK1/2, p-Akt, p-GSK3β, and β-catenin were detected in RJ-treated cells using western blotting. (c) To confirm translocation of β-catenin into nucleus, nuclear β-catenin expression was determined by western blotting. (d and e) The β-catenin expression was determined by immunofluorescence staining with anti-β-catenin in DPC and HaCaT cells.
