Combination index (CI) at ED70, ED75, and ED90 values with drug combination on inhibiting cold-induced upregulation of TRPM8 expression. The CI values at Fa value of 0.70, 0.75, and 0.90 for isobolograms (Figure <a href="../fig5/#c">5(c)</a>) were calculated.
