Cells were visually scored according to tail length into four classes: (A) class 1: undamaged, with no tail, (B) class 2: with tail shorter than the diameter of the head (nucleus), (C) class 3: with tail as long as 1-2x the diameter of the head, and (D) class 4: with tail longer than 2x the diameter of the head.
