Inhibition of xenograft ovarian cancer by GFW. BALB/c nude mice bearing tumours formed by SKOV3/DDP cells were given saline as controls, a single GFW dosage of 4 gkg⁻¹d⁻¹ (LD GFW), cisplatin (10 mg/kg administered intraperitoneally (i.p.) per 4 days) and paclitaxel (15 mg/kg administered i.v. per 3 days), combination of cisplatin, paclitaxel, and LD GFW, or combination of cisplatin, paclitaxel, and VER (5.0 mgkg⁻¹ administrated i.v. for 21 days) ().
