Metabolomic Analysis of Biochemical Changes in the Plasma of High-Fat Diet and Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats after Treatment with Isoflavones Extract of Radix Puerariae

<div>The level of HIF-1<i>α</i>, SOD<sub>1</sub>, MDA, VEGF, ICAM-1, and NO in the sample from normal rats, diabetic rats treated with distilled water, and diabetic rats treated with PTIF (421 mg/kg). All data were expressed as mean ± SD.
