The effect of SHHTE on mRNA expression of Th2 cytokines in splenocytes isolated from OVA-sensitized mice. Cells were treated with various doses (25, 50, and 100 μg/mL) of SHHTE with or without OVA in vitro. The mRNA expressions of IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 were assessed by real-time PCR.
