In Vitro Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Morus alba L. Stem Extract in LPS-Stimulated RAW 264.7 Cells

Figure 4

The effects of MSE and oxyresveratrol on the expression of iNOS protein in RAW 264.7 cells. The untreated cells were used as a negative control and the cells treated with only 100 ng/ml LPS served as a positive control. (a) Immunoblotting analysis for determination the expression of iNOS protein in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells which were pretreated with MSE at the concentrations of 20 and 40 µg/ml or oxyresveratrol at the concentrations 5 and 10 µg/ml for 2 h. (b) The relative expression of iNOS protein compared to β-actin. The data were represented as means ± SD of three independent experiments. The means marked with , are significantly different () and (), respectively, from that of the cells treated with only LPS.
