In Vitro Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Morus alba L. Stem Extract in LPS-Stimulated RAW 264.7 Cells

Figure 5

The effects of MSE and oxyresveratrol on the production of nitrite in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells which were untreated (negative control), treated with only 100 ng/ml LPS (positive control), pretreated with MSE at the concentrations of 20 and 40 µg/ml or oxyresveratrol at the concentrations of 5 and 10 µg/ml for 2 h, and then treated with 100 ng/ml LPS for 16 h. The supernatant was collected and determined by Griess reaction assay. The data were represented as means ± SD of three independent experiments. The means marked with , , are significantly different , , and , respectively, from that of the cells treated with only LPS.
