CEAA inhibits high K⁺-induced contraction of ASM in mice. (a) High K⁺ induced a sustainable contraction in a tracheal ring. (b) High K⁺-induced contraction was gradually relaxed by cumulative administration of CEAA. (c) The experiment was repeated in 9 TRs/9 mice, and a dose-relaxation curve was plotted. The IC₅₀ of CEAA was 0.316 mg/ml. (d) CEAA had no effects on the basic tone of ASM.
