Δ³,2-Hydroxybakuchiol Attenuates Depression in Multiple Rodent Models Possibly by Inhibition of Monoamine Transporters in Brain

Δ³,2-Hydroxybakuchiol inhibited proliferation in MCF-7 cells. MCF-7 was treated with the indicated concentrations of Δ³,2-hydroxybakuchiol or 17-β estradiol for 72 h. Cell number was measured with MTT assay. IC₅₀ or EC₅₀ was calculated. Values are expressed as mean ±SEM.
