Abyssinone V-4’ Methyl Ether Isolated from<i> Erythrina droogmansiana</i> (Leguminosae) Inhibits Cell Growth and Mammary Glands Hyperplasia Induced in Swiss Mice by the 7,12-Dimethylbenz(a)anthracene

<div>Effects of Abyssinone V-4’ methyl ether on microphotographs H&amp;E 400× of vagina (<b>a</b>) and graphic representation of vagina epithelial height (<b>b</b>) after 28 days of treatment. Control = normal mice treated with distilled water; DMBA = negative control treated with water; DMBA + AVME 10 = animals treated with the Abyssinone V-4’ methyl ether at the dose of 10 mg/kg. All groups except the normal group (control) received an intragastric dose of DMBA at the dose of 100 mg/kg.
