Inhibitory effects of P. lobata extract on H₂O₂-induced phosphorylation of p38 MAPK and JNK in RPE cells. RPE cells were pretreated with P. lobata extract (10 μg/mL) and its single compounds (1 μM) for 30 min, followed by treatment with H₂O₂ (200 μM) for 30 min.
