Antiplatelet and Antithrombotic Activities of <i>Lespedeza cuneata</i> via Pharmacological Inhibition of Integrin <i>α</i>IIb<i>β</i>3, MAPK, and PI3K/AKT Pathways and FeCl3-Induced Murine Thrombosis

<div>Antiplatelet activity of <i>Lespedeza cuneat</i>a. Washed platelets were incubated for 1 min with varying concentrations of <i>L. cuneata</i> with 50%, 70%, and 100% EtOH and water extracts or vehicle (DMSO) along with 1 mM calcium chloride, stimulated with collagen for 5 min.
