Effects of L. cuneata on agonist-induced platelet aggregation and changes in the platelet shape. (a) Agonists, such as collagen, ADP, and thrombin, were preincubated with washed platelets for 1 min in a light transmission aggregometer in the presence of 1 mM calcium chloride (CaCl2).
