indicates the number of time points that the ED crowding status was measured. JPS ED noted a 61% decrease in severely overcrowded scores when using SONET as compared to NEDOCS tools. The overall overcrowded status scores decreased from 74.27% to 61.19% (13.08%). BUMC ED noted a 77% decrease in severely overcrowded scores when using SONET as compared to NEDOCS tools. The overall overcrowded status scores decreased from 26.29% to 14.66% (11.63%).
