Effect of biocatalyst load on synthesis of isopropyl acetate in n-heptane by silica-bound lipase. The reaction mixture containing 100 mM isopropanol and 75 mM acetic acid and silica-bound biocatalyst in n-heptane was incubated at 55°C under shaking for 9 h.
