Production of Recombinant<i> Trichoderma reesei</i> Cellobiohydrolase II in a New Expression System Based on<i> Wickerhamomyces anomalus</i>

<div>Effect of temperature and pH on reaction of recombinant<i> T. reesei</i> CBHII. The enzyme activity of recombinant<i> T. reesei</i> CBHII produced in<i> W. anomalus</i> 54-A was evaluated at different pH and temperatures reactions condition. Each experiment was carried out in triplicate. Activity is reported as % Relative Activity as compared with the highest activity obtained in the experiment (40°C, pH 5).</div>
