Biopsy specimens revealed multiple diffuse CD20 positive (a) B-cell infiltrates involving mucosa and submucosa of colon without formation lymphoepithelial lesions. B-lymphocytes expressed also CD5 with low intensity (b) and CD23 (c), characteristic of small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL).
