Influence of Rosiglitazone on the Expression of PPARγ, NF-κB, and TNF-α in Rat Model of Ulcerative Colitis

The colonic mucosal PPARγ protein expression in the control group, UC model group, and rosiglitazone treated group on days 7, 14, 21, 35. In the control group, expression of PPARγ protein in the colonic mucosa was significantly higher compared to the UC model group ( ). In the rosiglitazone treatment group, PPARγ protein expression increased significantly than that of the model group on days 7, 14, 21, 35 ( ).
