Intestinal absorption of annonacin, squamocin, annonin-VI and Cherimolin-1 in rats. ACGs-SD was administered at a dose of 200, 300, 500 μg/mL to a 10 cm-long jejunum loop and the intestinal absorption rate (%) was estimated by measuring the remained amount of ACGs in the loop 2 h after administration.
