Effect of Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate on Helicobacter pylori-Induced Apoptosis in AGS Cells

DEHP and H. pylori (MOI = 100 : 1) exposure induced DNA fragmentation of AGS cells. The level of apoptosis occurring with each treatment was determined by cell death ELISA^Plus kit. Statistical significance was analyzed by one-way ANOVA and post hoc LSD test (*𝑃<0.1, **𝑃<0.05, ***𝑃<0.01, 𝑁=4).
