Effects of Helicobacter pylori and Heat Shock Protein 70 on the Proliferation of Human Gastric Epithelial Cells

H. pylori effects on HSP70 expression in AGS cells. AGS cells were incubated with H. pylori (bacteria/cell ratio 200 : 1) or medium in absence of the bacterium for 48 h. The expression of HSP70 was measured by Western blotting. Anti-𝛽-actin antibody was used to measure 𝛽-actin as a protein-loading control.
