Immunohistochemical findings for CCR6 in the rectal mucosa. CCR6 expression was observed in the nucleus or cytoplasm of epithelial cells, infiltrating inflammatory cells, and endothelial cells. Different grades of CC6 infiltrating pattern in epithelia were evaluated as follows: grade 0 (negative, (a)), 38 specimens; grade 1 (focal, (b)), 59 specimens; grade 2 (diffuse, (c)), 44 specimens, respectively.
