Synergistic Effects of Simvastatin and Irinotecan against Colon Cancer Cells with or without Irinotecan Resistance

<div>Effect of simvastatin or irinotecan alone on cell viability in irinotecan-resistant HT-29 cell. Human colon cancer cells HT-29 with irinotecan resistance were treated with serial concentrations of simvastatin (SV) and irinotecan (IR) for 48 h in 96-well plates, and cell viability was measured by MTT assay, respectively (a, b).
