Knockdown of DAB2IP promotes gastric cancer cell growth and metastasis in vitro. (a, c) SGC7901 cells stably expressing the shRNA vector were maintained in culture media for 10 days and then fixed and stained with 0.1% crystal violet, and the colonies containing above 100 cells were counted manually. The representative photographs are presented (a; magnification, ×1), and the relative number of colonies was counted (c).
