Effects of different techniques for hepatic vascular exclusion during resection on the liver enzymes ALT and AST after hepatic I/R in rats. After the rats in each group underwent resection with the three different techniques for hepatic vascular occlusion, the liver blood supply was restored and the levels of liver enzymes ALT and AST in serum samples from the rats were examined as described in the Materials and Methods.
