ATP viability (open circle) and resazurin assays (closed circle) reveal the same trend as plate counting (closed reverse triangle) for the activities of subtilosin (a), polylysine (c), and LAE (d) but not clindamycin (b). The actual log reduction estimated by these two assays was considerably different from that obtained by plate counting.
