Fluorescence quenching of 1-aminopyrene (a) and Py-Dex (b) by SWNTs under different weight ratios. The concentration of 1-aminopyrene in all the test solutions was kept at 0.22 M. The concentration of Py-Dex was 1.0 mg/mL. The spectra were all measured with the excitation of 360 nm.
