Determination of Dabigatran Concentration in Human Plasma and Breast Milk

Stability testing of triplicates of a 300 μl aliquot of breast milk containing 48 pg of dabigatran. Three technical replicates were treated as indicated, and dabigatran concentration was determined. ANOVA indicated that none of the treatments showed a significant difference in dabigatran concentration. Frozen samples were stored at −20°C for one week. RT = room temperature.
