Aβ aggregation in the presence of raft-like liposomes. Aβs (5 μM or 50 μM) were incubated with GM1/cholesterol/SM (1 : 1 : 1) small unilamellar vesicles at a GM1-to-Aβ ratio of 5 at 37°C without agitation, and the aggregation was monitored by the Th-T assay.
