Angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) serum levels (ng/mL) in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) patients, mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients, and healthy elderly controls. AD patients showed significantly higher Ang-1 serum levels compared with healthy controls (). There was no significant difference between MCI patients and healthy controls () nor between AD and MCI patients ().
