Low TO genes were identified between the control and affected networks in each of the 4 brain regions. The eigenvector centrality scores of these low TO genes in the control and affected networks were calculated for each region and their means (𝐴𝑣𝐸𝑔𝐶) were compared. Statistical significance is reached if 𝑃 value is <0.05.
