Comparison of the average eigenvector centrality scores (𝐴𝑣𝐸𝑔𝐶) of the differentially expressed genes within each region. Statistical significance is reached if 𝑃 value is <0.05. In all cases, the mean eigenvector score of the affected networks was smaller than that of the control networks, although it was only statistically significant in the hippocampus and middle temporal gyrus.
