Topology (a) and photograph (b) of the proposed bandpass filter of the second example. The substrate is the Rogers RO3010 with thickness ℎ=0.635 mm and dielectric constant 𝜀_𝑟=10.2. For the OCSRRs, 𝑟_ext=3 mm, 𝑐=0.16 mm, and 𝑑=2 mm. The width of the transmission line inverters is 𝑤1=0.503 mm for the external ones and 𝑤2=0.335 mm for the internal ones.
