Resonant frequency and quality factor of the high 𝑇_𝑐 superconducting rectangular microstrip patch over ground plane with rectangular aperture against operating temperature. The superconducting patch is printed on two different anisotropic substrate materials; 𝑎×𝑏=1630 𝜇m × 1870 μm, 𝑎_𝑎×𝑏_𝑎=53 𝜇m × 187 𝜇m, 𝑑=56.1 𝜇m, 𝜎_𝑛=10⁶ S/m, 𝜆₀=140 nm, 𝑇_c=89 K, and 𝑒=350 nm.
