IL-12 production from breast cancer cells infected with M002. 4 × 105 human breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-361) or murine mammary carcinoma cells (SCK, 4T1) were infected with M002 at an MOI of 1 or 0.1 PFU/cell. At 24, 48, and 72 h post-infection, media were harvested and subjected to an ELISA specific for the p70 subunit of murine IL-12. No IL-12 was detected from uninfected cells.
