Illustration of the performed workflow to achieve the registration. The skull stripping, the denoising, the computation, and the segmentation of lesion are performed before the neurosurgical procedure. The 3D reconstruction of intraoperative volume, the reslicing of the MR map, and the estimation of the transformation are then performed during the neurosurgical procedure.
