Chemiluminescence response of whole blood cells to SS, opsonised and nonopsonised, and opsonised zymosan (positive control). Reaction mixture included whole blood cells without particulate materials (negative control) and in the presence of SS, SSops, and Zymops particles. Cells were stimulated with fMLP+PMA at 2400 s.
