Viability of HUVECs on standard blood vessel graft materials (ePTFE and ePTFE coated with heparin) and on ePTFE coated with diX AM and oligonucleotides over a period of 14 days. Metabolic activity of cells was significantly higher for each time point on oligonucleotide-coated ePTFE compared to ePTFE or ePTFE with heparin .
