Quantitative analysis of ALP enzymic activity in PA2-E12 cultured on tPS from 1 to 42 days in OM in the presence of transwell containing CMCA hydrogel (T-G) enriched with scalar concentrations of strontium (T-G 0, 3, 30, 300 μM and 3 mM Sr2+) or in OM only containing scalar concentrations of strontium (3, 30, 300 μM and 3 mM Sr2+). The control is represented by cells cultured in OM without Sr2+.
