The exposure of PCI-24781 increases cytotoxic effects of leukemic cells. Jurkat cells were treated with a range of PCI-24781 doses (0.01 M–10 M), (a) incubated for 24 and 36 hours, and the % cell viability was quantitated by trypan blue exclusion using a Vi-Cell Coulter Counter, (b) incubated for 24 hours, dyed with PI reagent, and analyzed by flow cytometry to assess DNA fragmentation.
