Effect of ZnPP on the level of phospho-Nrf2(pS40), Keap1, Bach1, and HO-1 in PC-3. PC-3 cells were treated with 10 μM ZnPP for 2 h (lane 2), 4 h (lane 3), and 24 h (lane 4). Vehicle-treated cells were served as control (lane 1). Total proteins (50 μg) were analyzed by western blot as described in Section 2, using specific antibodies against β-actin, phospho-Nrf2(pS40), Keap1, Bach1, and HO-1. Immunoreactive protein bands detected by WesternDot 625 appeared as fluorescent bands.
