Bay 11-7085 induces apoptosis in TF-1 but not in MV4-11 cells. Log-phase TF-1 (a) and MV4-11 (b) cells were treated with Bay 11-7085 for 24 hours, after which the cells were collected and slides were prepared and stained following the protocol described in Section 2.
