Effects of Modified Melatonin Release on Human Colostrum Neutrophils to Induce Death in the MCF-7 Cell Line

<div>Apoptosis and necrosis in coculture of PMN cells and MCF-7 cells after 72 hours of incubation. PMN: polymorphonuclear cells; MCF-7: human breast cancer cells; MLT: melatonin; MEL: microemulsion. Cells were stained with Annexin V/PI and analyzed by flow cytometry.
