Profiles of conversion of oleic acid in the esterification experiments using an atomization apparatus. The experimental and predicted data are presented as scatters and lines, respectively. The experiments were carried out under different values of the oleic acid flow rate (1.3–3.9 g/min), pressure in the atomization nozzle (50–150 kPa), and temperature (323–343 K). The amount of initial ethanol (400 g) and the reaction time (2 h) were fixed in all experiments.
