CHEMPOR traditionally gathers academics, scientists, engineers, manufacturers, and end users to discuss recent developments in different areas of chemical and biological engineering. One of the major topics of the conference program is life quality, due to the importance that chemical and biological engineering plays in this area. This is complemented with additional topics including engineering sciences and fundamentals, industrial processes, and process systems engineering. A panel discussion on chemical and biological engineering education is also scheduled. CHEMPOR 2008 will provide an excellent opportunity for presenting new results and to discuss the latest research and developments in the field of chemical and biological engineering.
