Expression of pro-inflammatory cytokine genes in human macrophages. IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and GAPDH gene expression in hMO cultures with and without LPS stimulation for 24 hours. 1 μg/mL of LPS was used in the experiment. mRNA was isolated at 24 hours. RT-PCR was carried out at 30 cycles for all genes.
