Expression of pro-inflammatory cytokine genes in mouse macrophages (RAW 264.7). Gene expression of IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and GAPDH in mMO cultures in the absence (0 μg/mL) and presence (1 μg/mL) of LPS. RNA was isolated at 12, 24, 36, 48, and 60 hours. RT-PCR was carried out at 30 cycles for all genes in this experiment.
